About us
Founded in 1958 by doctor-architect José María Santos Rein, a central figure in the modernisation of Málaga and the Costa del Sol. His body of work — linked to the Modern Movement and the Estilo del Relax — included the Hotel Don Carlos in Marbella (1969), the Hotel and Apartments Castillo de Santa Clara in Torremolinos, the Church of La Asunción in Málaga, and the rationalist school complex in Alfarnate.
Today the studio continues with the second and third generation of architects, combining professional experience, planning knowledge and new working tools such as BIM methodology. This continuity allows the studio to take on commissions of different scales: houses, hotels, residential buildings, renovations, public facilities and planning projects.
Working for decades across the province of Málaga has given us direct knowledge of its municipalities, their regulations, topography, climate and ways of building. That local experience is a key tool for anticipating constraints and proposing viable solutions from the earliest stages of a project.

Responsible for studio administration and project documentation. The organisational backbone of the team, ensuring traceability and documentary order across every project file from commission to delivery.

We welcome visits by appointment at the studio, but most of our progress meetings take place on site or, when clients prefer, remotely.
