Santos Concept II continues the conceptual exploration begun with the first instalment of the series. This proposal adopts a different formal strategy: where Concept I championed radical horizontality, Concept II introduces vertical tensions and volumetric play that produce a more dynamic and sculptural composition.
The project explores how the same programmatic principles — privacy, openness to the landscape, integration of nature and architecture — can give rise to entirely different formal solutions. The Santos Concept series functions as a laboratory of ideas that feeds the studio's thinking about the future of luxury living on the Costa del Sol.
