Full renovation of a single-family home in Marbella that documents the complete transformation of the existing building: new facade, interior redistribution, garden and pool redesign. The project illustrates the transformation potential of a property with a solid structure but outdated finishes and layout.
The before-and-after comparison images show the extent of the intervention: from the facade — with new cladding, joinery and massing — to the garden, where the pool and outdoor living areas were completely redesigned. The comparative floor plans allow appreciation of the improvement in the interior layout and the better use of views.
