Detached housing project in Pedregalejo, the most characteristic coastal neighbourhood of Málaga city. The proposal responds to the planning constraints of the area and the character of the surroundings, with an architecture that engages with the domestic scale of the neighbourhood.

The design prioritises a southerly orientation, outdoor terraces and visual connection to the sea, taking advantage of the privileged position of the plot in the prime residential zone. The clean white volumes, characteristic of contemporary Mediterranean architecture, adapt to the topography and the urban fabric of the neighbourhood.
