The project process

First consultation

An initial meeting, in person or by video call, to understand the brief, the plot or existing building, the client's objectives and the first planning constraints.

Concept design

We develop the first proposals through drawings, diagrams and 3D volumes, allowing the layout, appearance, scale, orientation and real possibilities of the project to be assessed.

Basic project

Full definition of the project required to obtain planning permission — the document that allows the planning authority to evaluate the scheme.

Executive project

We define the technical documentation needed to build the project: drawings, measurements, details, construction solutions and coordination of services and structure.

05

Construction management

Monitoring of the works, resolution of technical queries, coordination with the contractor and quality control through to the completion of the project.
