Townhouse complex designed by Santos Arquitectos in Torre del Mar, the coastal capital of the municipality of Vélez-Málaga. The project is located in an environment close to the shoreline, taking advantage of Mediterranean views and accessibility to the services of this established coastal town of the Axarquía.
The homes feature a two-storey typology with a private garden on the ground floor and a covered terrace on the upper floor, designed for enjoying the mild climate of the Málaga coast. The façade, resolved in white render with dark joinery, establishes a contemporary dialogue with the popular architecture of the coastline without sacrificing quality or the distinctive character of the project.
The layout positions the homes so that all units enjoy a favourable south-facing orientation, guaranteeing sunlight throughout the year. The communal areas incorporate landscaped zones and parking, efficiently resolving the coexistence between private and collective space.
