Benahavís, Málaga
Colinas del Paraíso is a multi-family residential complex designed in Benahavís, on a plot with panoramic views over the Mediterranean and the bay of Marbella. The project develops several apartment blocks of two and three bedrooms, with generous south-facing terraces and high-quality communal areas.
The complex incorporates a large-format communal pool with sea views, landscaped gardens with low-maintenance Mediterranean vegetation, covered parking and a gated entrance with security access. The architecture of the blocks, with horizontal lines and warm-toned facades, enters into dialogue with the natural landscape of the sierra and the coast.
The aerial view of the project shows the integration of the complex into the hillside topography and the overall orientation of the ensemble towards the southern views, a fundamental design principle.
