The third instalment of the Santos Concept series is the most refined: every dispensable element has been eliminated, and what remains is the essence of the luxury residential project as the studio understands it. Less volume, more space. Less matter, more light.
Concept III adopts a strategy of maximum formal economy that gives rise to an architecture of great visual purity. The renders show a home that seems to dissolve into the surrounding Mediterranean landscape, with facades that are almost entirely glass and horizontal planes that create shade and define the outdoor spaces.
