One of the largest residential developments undertaken by the studio in Málaga city: 150 homes distributed across several blocks with a full programme of communal areas, parking and gardens.
The project responds to the urban planning parameters of the area with a compositional façade solution that balances the scale of the complex with the unified image of the residential development. Unit typologies range from two-bedroom flats to four-bedroom family homes, catering to the diverse residential demand in Málaga.
