East Málaga
Proposal for a multi-family building in the east area of Málaga, a zone that has seen significant urban development in recent years. The project proposes a contemporary architecture with an articulated facade, incorporating sustainability and energy efficiency criteria integrated into the design from the earliest phase.
The renders show the massing of the complex, with particular attention to the facade composition, the treatment of the entrances and the relationship of the building with the surrounding public space. The proposal seeks a balance between the programme density required by the developer and the spatial quality of the residential units.
